Bridge Manitoba held its Spring Fling event last Saturday and it was a resounding success! 24 tables of players came out to our game and even more joined us for the dinner afterwards. Sincere thanks to the many people who made this event such a success: the volunteers who helped with various tasks including setup/cleanup, registration, bartending, raffle ticket sales, and food service, Jacqueline Meyers for preparing salad for the large crowd, our local experts who offered a free game to raffle ticket winners, those who donated prizes for the raffles, those who brought desserts, MC John Hindle, and our lovely director Shirley Galler. An extra special thanks goes to Leslie Speirs for her outstanding job in organizing and running this event!
