MINUTES OF MEETING NOVEMBER 15 2016

Present: Unit 181 Board Members: Shirley Galler, Barry Wolk, Dave West, Leigh Anne Shafer, John Hindle, Bob Kuz, Marlene Pontifex, Deloris Ankrom, Marielle Brentnall.
Also in attendance Bill Treble,

President Marielle Brentnall called the meeting to order AT 5.00 PM.
There was no official agenda the first part of the meeting was held in camera

Saturday Team Games discussion was held. Bridge Manitoba will run these games Oct1-April 30
Motion: Bill Treble operate the Saturday Teams May 1- to Sept 30 2017 under the existing agreement signed June 2014. Moved by Shirley Galler seconded Dave West. Carried Bill Treble joined the meeting

Long Term Planning
Balance of meeting was used in discussing a dedicated facility owned by the Unit.

Next meeting Tuesday December 13, 2016 5.00 PM at the Facility
