Minutes of the Special Election Meeting Minutes June 25, 2016 were published on the Web Site. Moved by Doug Fisher, Seconded by Dave West accepted as published. Carried.
Presidents report: Was given by Power Point. Copy has been posted to the web site and can be viewed by all members. Presidents report moved by Marielle Brentnall, Seconded by Carolyn Douglas. Carried.
Financial Report. Treasurer Leigh Anne Shafer presented the report.. Highlights .. That the statements show a profit for the year 2016. Report moved by Leigh Anne Shafer, Seconded Wendy Richardson. Carried.
Election of Officers: Bob Todd took the Chair.
Bob stated that the new Election of Officers process that had been adopted in 2016 was in effect.

The unit promotes all level of Bridge. We will have Doreen Olson and her class of students to have their Wind up Tournament at our Facility on Tuesday June 13. This year there will 6 tables of the students and volunteers who play with them.
