3. Update on Virtual Games again participation has dropped off. It was stated a lot of our members are playing on Palm Springs and on ACBL Tournaments on BBO sites and not in our games. There was a suggestion we look into the possibility of combining our virtual games with Regina, Saskatoon, Prince Albert to enable more master points to be earned. Bill treble will report back to the Board.

9. Re Noise control Doug checked with Soul Sanctuary the design of their building will not allow acoustic tiles to be installed in the ceiling. The building is not designed to allow this. We will request that our directors remind our players to keep the noise level down to enable a more compatible playing environment.
10. Kirkfield Westwood have applied to ACBL for a sanction for a new game on Monday Afternoon . To date the Unit has not received any notification of the status of this request from the ACBL. The only item that is covered by our Unit with this request is there is a 30 day waiting period for this sanction to take effect which we could waive.

ACBL has been approached and they will research these games and process the points. This is a time consuming process so points will not be available for some time.
15. Milestones there was a request for the Unit to celebrate a milestone for a “Member” who has not been actively taking part in Unit games. The points to achieve this milestone were achieved on BBO. The decision of the Board was that this request will not be honoured.
