1. Minutes of Meeting May 29, 2023, approved as posted. Moved by Marielle Brentnall Seconded Deloris Ankrom Carried
2. Minutes of AGM June 10, 2023, were reviewed found accurate and will be posted on the web site to be approved at 2024 AGM.
3. Election of Officers for 2023-2024 4 positions to be filled.

4. Financial Report Ray updated the operations for the year 2023 remains unchanged we are holding our own re table counts. 2022 Corporation Return processed, received, and accepted.
5. Motion: Moved by Marielle Brentnall Resolution to change the signing officers at Steinbach Credit Union remove Past President Doug Fisher, add Treasurer Robert Neudorf the four authorized signatures are President Ray Hornby, Secretary Shirley Galler, Treasurer Robert Neudorf, Past President Marielle Brentnall Seconded Marsha Kimelman Carried.
6. Mentoring Gerri Hewitt joined the meeting to update the program currently 2 mentoring pairs in progress, with more expected to participate after Labour Day. Requests have been received for a partnership to be mentored and this will be accommodated. Partnership mentoring to be done at Unit games only.
7. Supervised Play to re start early September. Bill will begin a new series of lessons early in September, Intermediate and 2 over 1.
8. Day of Bridge was held June 21 Charity the Alzheimer’s Society. Donation of Table Fees less minimum expenses and including Dave West’s generous donation of one half of the Directors Fees have been remitted.
9. Regional 2024 Tentative dates September 25-28, 2024, checking availability with Soul Sanctuary and checking on availability of a director.
10. Learn to Play Bridge next session September 30, 2023, flyer available shortly Anticipate Beginner Lessons to start early October 2023.
11. Soul Sanctuary have announced that there are 2 weeks of Kids camps July 16th an 23rd space for afternoon games will not be available, evening games okay and the reverse when Folklorama is on in August 6-19 evening games not available. Rent will be adjusted accordingly.
