MINUTES OF MEETING AUGUST 14, 2023

 President Ray Hornby called to order at 4.03 P M

AMENDED

1.      Minutes of Meeting Jul 10, 2023, approved as posted. Moved by Deloris Ankrom Seconded Dave West Carried

2.     Financial Report Ray updated the operations for the year 2023 remains unchanged we are holding our own re table counts. 2022 Corporation Return processed, received, and accepted.

3.     Mentoring Gerri Hewitt provided a written report. Mentoring is progressing expecting will be in full swing after Labor Day.

4.     Supervised Play to re start September 5,2023.

5.     Sectional October 13,14,2023 programs available

6.     Regional 2024 Dates set September 25-28, 2024,Dates to be confirmed with Soul Sanctuary

7.     Learn to Play Bridge next session September 30, 2023, registrations now being accepted.

8.     Marsha is to purchase new remote to enable usage of our clock to time rounds at our bridge sessions.

9.     Wednesday October 25 2023 Instant Match Point Game 12.15. This is a special game played across the ACBL. Game time 12.15

10.   Next meeting September 18, 2023, 4.00 PM via Zoom
