President Ray Hornby called to order at 4.05 P M
• Minutes of Meeting September 21, 2023, approved as posted. Moved by Shirley Galler

• Financial Report Bob Neudorf not in attendance will have a report next meeting
• Mentoring program progressing. Reports will be requested at end of mentorship.
Authorization for up to 2 sessions (12 Games) allowed.
• Supervised Play continues to have approximately 7 tables per session. Veteran players from
this game have gone on to the 0-199 Thursday evening game
•New game 0-199 Thursday evening game currently 4-6 tables directed by Freddie. arranging
partnerships and player contact is Jackie Meyers
• Sectional October 13,14,2023 profitable and very well attended
• Regional 2024 Dates set September 25-28, 2024, Dates have been confirmed.
• Learn to Play Bridge session held September 30, 2023, 10 tables attended. Planning next
sessions Feb 24, 2024 and Sept 23, 2024 suggested beginner lessons to commence within 2
weeks after
• Youth Group, Students start up programs will be researched. Kevin and Ray will resource
ACBL
• Spring Sectional dates April 12 - 13, 2024
• Winter Wonderland Social Evening for Feb19, 2024 in planning stages
• Wednesday October 25 2023 Instant Match Point Game held well attended and enjoyed
• Next meeting January 9, 2024, 4.00 PM via Zoom
