President Ray Hornby called the meeting to order at 4.02 PM.

Minutes of meeting November 21, 2023, approved as posted.  Moved Deloris Ankrom, Seconded Dave West Carried.

Financial report: Bob Neudorf not in attendance will have a year-end report next meeting.

Mentoring program progressing: 10-11 pairs and 2 as couples several will start late January early February.

Supervised play continues to have approximately 7 tables per session.

New Game 0-199 Thursday evening progressing “comfortable and fun”

Regional 2024 Dates set September 25-28, 2024.

Learn to play Bridge next session Feb 24, 2024, Flyers are out and will be promoted.

Spring Sectional Dates April 11-13, 2024. Flyers out shortly.  One session Thursday Evening 6.30 PM pairs Game, one session Friday morning 10AM to 1PM Pairs Game 2 session Swiss Teams on Saturday

Winter Bridge Bash will be held Saturday   Aft February 3, 2024, Flyers out shortly.

Special Games Helen Shields April 2, 2024, and Erin Berry October 16, 2024, will be held info out prior to events.
