Vice President Marsha Kimelman called the meeting to order at 4.01 PM.

Minutes of meeting January 9,2024 approved as posted.  Moved Dave West, Seconded Deloria Ankrom Carried.

Financial report: No report Bob Neudorf not in attendance

The mentoring program continues thanks Gloria for administrating.

Supervised play continues to have approximately 7 tables per session.

The new Game 0-199 Thursday evening continues to be well attended and players are enjoying the game.

Regional 2024 Dates set September 25-28, 2024.

Learn to play Bridge next session Feb 24, 2024, 31 have registered to attend as of this date. A series of Lessons will follow.  Require 3 tables to be signed up for feasibility.

Spring Sectional Dates April 11-13, 2024. Flyers out shortly.  One session Thursday Evening 6.30 PM pairs game, one session Friday Morning 11AM to 2PM, 2 session Swiss Teams Saturday.

Winter Bridge Bash held Saturday Aft February 3, 2024; a roaring success 21 tables played bridge enjoyed a fun event ate Jasons wonderful food and enjoyed our Master of Ceremonies John. Thanks Paulette, Marsha and Jacqueline for arranging this event.

Special Games Helen Shields April 2, 2024, and Erin Berry October 16, 2024, will be held info out prior to events.

Tournament Chair Paulette is retiring.  The board thanks Paulette for her dedication, tournaments were well planned, and everyone enjoyed. Marsha will take over these duties.

 Paulette also planned Social Events which she is also retiring from again thanks.

Appointment of New Board Member

Motion Moved by Marielle Brentnall, Seconded Deloris Ankrom, Jacqueline Meyers be appointed to Unit 181 Board of Directors Carried

Welcome Jacqueline.  Jacqueline will take over the Social Events Planning

New Facility Marielle will produce a “Wish List” of requirements that can be presented to a realtor for checking of availability.
