Meeting called to order 11.04 AM by President Ray Hornby
Minutes of last AGM June 10, 2023, were published on the Web Site. Moved Doug Fisher, seconded by Jeff Gosman were accepted as published. Carried.

Financial Report. Treasurer Bob Neudorf presented financial statements for the year 2023. We ended up with a small income.
A question re rent of the facility. Ray advised we are in negotiation with Soul Sanctuary. our existing lease ends December 31, 2024.

Membership Report. Shirley Galler presented a report, stating the year from June1, 2023 to June 1, 2024, we gained a total of 12 new members and sadly 7 of our members were deceased. This netted us 5. The ACBL members are divided into two categories Life Master the Non-Life Master. Currently our ratio are 63% Non-Life 37%. The balance of the written report had been previously covered in the Presidents Report. Report moved by Doug Fisher seconded by Bob Todd Carried.
A new category of awards was instituted in 2023. Unfortunately, while assessing the records, I inadvertently picked up the current 2024 ranking instead of the 2023. My apologies to all that I sent invitations who were advised that you had won in your category. But as of early May 2024, you were first.
Ray then presented the 2023 Virtual Ace of Clubs Certificates,2023 Ace of Clubs certificates & 2023 Mini MCKenney Medals and Certificates to the winners.
Election of Board of Directors Officers for the year 2023
The Unit 181 Bylaws state there can be 6-12 members serving on the Board of Directors
Currently 10 have agreed to serve
Board Members can be installed at any time during the year. If interested, please contact one of the active board members for information

Marielle Brentnall and Deloris Ankrom have left the board. Ray thanked both for their long-time service to Unit 181 and implored them to not hang up their partnership shoes.

Neil Kimelman advised that in the current issue of the CBF Magazine there is an article about the 2024 Winter Bridge Bash we so successfully held.
