President Ray Hornby Chaired meeting 4.10 PM

•        Minutes of Meeting August 20, 2024, approved as posted. Moved by Dave West Seconded Barbara Parke Carried

•       Financial Report No report received

•       Mentoring  program progressing. 1 New request received.

•       Supervised Play commenced again after the summer break on September 3 with 45 in attendance.  Intermediate Thursday evening game is well attended.

•       Regional September 25-28, 2024 2024 Dates set September 25-28, 2024, well organized Ken in touch with logistics at Soul Sancturary, Dave and Barbara will sell lunch tickets, Shirley will attend Wedensday Morning to familarize  our  Director Doug Rankin with Bridge Manitoba's computers location of boards and supplies etc. Jacqueline in charge of food,Jason will cater.

•       Learn to Play Bridge session held September 21, 2024, 10 tables booked

•       Next meeting October 22, 2024, 4.00 PM via Zoom
