MINUTES OF MEETING APRIL 7, 2025

Vice President Marsha Kimelman called to order at 4.05 P M Ray joined meeting 4.30PM

Mentorship

•        Minutes of Meeting March 10 2025 approved as posted. Moved by Dave West Seconded Barbara Parke Carried

•       Financial Report No report

•       Supervised Play Program continues to be well attended last report there were 54 or more attendees.

•       Intermediate Games continue to be well attended

•       Lessons for Beginners began March 8. Bill Treble and Dennis Glasbrook will offer Winning at Match points, Defending at Bridge and A first Course commencing end of April

Spring Sectional Dates May 1-3, 2025, Flyers are available Emails will be sent to out of towners advising info. All plans in place for a successful tournament.

Winter Social Event March 15, 2025, a great success, enjoyed by all Thanks to Barb and all the Volunteers for organizing this.  Preselling entries the way to go.

AGM date set for June 7, 2025

Rookie Master game held April 2, 2025 a great success 20 tables participated.  Thanks to Dave West for organizing. Feedback to many north south hands.

Mentorship was discussed.  Program inactive but if requests are received we will address this issue.

2026 September Regional will be discussed at next Board Meeting
