Meeting called to order 11.02 AM by President Ray Hornby
Minutes of last AGM June 1, 2024, were published on the Web Site. Moved by Gim Ong, seconded by Doug fisher were accepted as published. Carried.
President’s report: President Ray Hornby read out his report which is attached to these minutes.
Financial Report Treasurer Bob Neudorf presented Financial statements for the year 2024.
2024 showed a surplus over expenses, double from 2023. Revenue up in all categories, expenses in line. Report moved by Dave West Seconded by Bob Todd Carried
Membership Report. Shirley Galler presented a report for year 2024 attached to these minutes.
Ray then presented the 2024 Mini MCKenny Medals and the Ace of Clubs awards to the winners.
Election of Board of Directors Officers for the year 2025
The Unit 181 Bylaws state there can be 6-12 members serving on the Board of Directors
Currently 11 have agreed to serve
Board Members can be installed at any time during the year. If interested, please contact one of the active board members for information
