• Minutes of Meeting November 3, 2025, approved as posted. Moved by Barb Parke, Seconded Marsha
Kimelman Carried.
• Financial Report Verbal from Ray unit in a profitable position. Bob Neudorf our Treasurer will not be
seeking another term as a director. He will provide Year End Statements for the AGM. Ray Hornby will
take on the responsibility of acting Treasurer

• Learn to Play Bridge in a Day next session February 28, 2026, Brochures will be available shortly. Will
post on the web site and be available at the club

• Supervised Play and Intermediate Games continue to Grow
•
• April Sectional April 23-25, 2026, sanctioned, brochures available shortly, 5 sessions Pairs games
Thursday single sessions Morning and Afternoon. One session Friday Morning, 2 session Swiss teams
Saturday Morning and Afternoon.

• ACBL send out monthly reports on memberships. Dave West will follow up on members who have not
renewed their memberships
Winter Social Event date set for March 21, 2025. Leslie Speirs Charing the event. Volunteers in place,
Flyers and tickets available shortly we will again request that participants donate to the very popular
Potluck Desserts which are enjoyed by all
Rookie Master Game Monday April 13, 2026. We are anticipating holding this game Monday Evening
checking availability of playing site. Further information will follow
We require more of the little side tables several broken and more required for tournaments etc
Jacqueline will purchase 24 new items.
Memorial Game in honor of Alex Galler will be sponsored by his family with the charity designated as
the Heart and Stroke Society. On Wednesday June 10, 2026
Bidding Boxes a request for information was received as where to purchase. They will be referred to
Vince Oddy Bridge Supplies in Toronto
Motion Resolution to change the signing officers at Steinbach Credit Union remove Bob Neudorf and
add Dave West the authorized signatures will be Ray Hornby, Shirley Galler, Barbara Parke and Dave
West. Moved by Leslie Spiers, Seconded by Murray Singer. Carried.
