MINUTES OF MEETING JUNE 20, 2017

President Marielle Brentnall called the meeting to order AT 5.10 PM.
1. Adoption of the agenda: Moved by Deloris Ankram Seconded by Dave West Carried.
2. Minutes of Meeting May 23, 2017 approved as printed. Moved by Shirley Galler, Seconded Dave West Carried.
3. No Business arising from the minutes.
4. Minutes of Annual Meeting May 27, 2017 were reviewed and will be posted on the web site.
5.Treasurers Report. Verbally stated Bank balance, Report of CNTC will follow
Grant Report is in its final draft and will be issued shortly.

Letter of Appreciation received from the Todd team who represented Canada at Mexico for the right to go on to France. Todd team not successful in Mexico but it was a well-done effort and Unit 181 are proud of them
Kirkfield-Westwood Bridge Club have a new manger Sue Treble.

8. Lease of new Premises.
Motion: Doug Fisher, Marielle, Brentnall, John Hindle and Bob Kuz have the mandate to negotiate a rental agreement with Soul Sanctuary for a term up to 5 years rental $4500.00 per month. Moved by Shirley Galler, Seconded by Deloris Ankram Carried
