Special meeting called re Notice of Decision received August 3, 2026

 President Ray Hornby called meeting to order at 4.00 PM.

It is with regret that the Unit received the following:

ACBL have notified the Unit that Bill & Sue Treble are suspended from all ACBL activities effective August 5, 2026, for 5 years.

Discussion ensued.  The Wednesday Evening team game and the Thursday afternoon games are under Bill’s sanction.

These games will be put on a temporary hold until the unit can make alternate arrangements, sanctions applied for etc.

Notice will be placed on the web site and a mass email sent to the membership updating this information. This will include a link to the ACBL website for further information.

Membership will be kept updated
